DWMQ Process - Temporary
Daily

The ability for any client stakeholder to interact with their relevant counterpart in CMHR. Daily denotes the operational level interaction where transactional services will occur. Communication will include:

  • Job orders, confirmation and fulfilment
  • Temporary staff in the client work environment
  • Temporary staff as employees of CMHR.
The process ensures designated, responsible, accountable staff at the local level are available to client and temporaries to monitor, address, and resolve immediate issues such as:
  • Emergency job needs
  • ‘No shows’ or unsatisfactory temporaries
  • Administrative issues affecting temporaries.

WeeklyConsultants at the local level conduct weekly reports to provide an overview of current activities and address any issues.Local client stakeholders are consulted for comment; these comments are recorded and considered for any follow up action.Weekly communication between all stakeholders ensures issues raised, say on a daily basis, have been addressed and any ongoing aspects will continue to receive attention.
MonthlyThe monthly review is also a locally driven step that formally reviews that month’s activities/individual assignment in the context of performance against stakeholder needs and KPIs.The review includes local CMHR personnel and local client stakeholders, and uses an established pro-forma that systematically addresses service against delivery standards. Scores are allocated for each standard. Exceptions are identified, considered, and remedial action plans (that may include CMHR and client stakeholders) agreed. The form is communicated with the client and also up the line through CMHR's account management structure.
QuarterlyQuarterly reviews are more formal and occur initially at the local level between stakeholders, successively progressing up through the client and CMHR structures to the national review level.Reviews are conducted against KPIs. The quarterly review has a strategic focus, as operational issues should have been addressed at the daily, weekly or monthly levels. Trends or issues will be again identified, addressed, and resolution plans determined.
