DWMQ Process - Permanent

Interaction between consultants and client stakeholders during an assignment facilitates communication and feedback, and assists in developing an understanding of projected needs that will allow for effective planning.

Reports summarise the weeks’ activities and contain an active action plan, ensuring any ongoing issues continue to receive attention.
Reviews use an established proforma and examine, on a formal basis, activities and assignments against stakeholder needs and KPIs. Scores are allocated to each area of service delivery with exceptions identified, considered, and remedial action plans (that may include CMHR and client stakeholders) agreed. This system of regular reviews between all stakeholders, at all levels, ensures issues that may be unresolved at the local level are reconsidered on a regular basis and escalated when warranted.
Reviews are formal reviews against KPIs that occur at the local level between stakeholders, and progress successively up to the client and CMHR structures to the national review level. As the process progresses up through the varying management levels, any trends or other issues will be again identified, addressed, and resolution plans determined.
